Director of Clinical Services

The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, (NYSPCC) has an immediate opening for the Director of Clinical Services. This Senior Management position is responsible for directing all activities of the Trauma Recovery and Supervised Visitation Program, and ensuring quality clinical mental health services to children and families utilizing the NYSPCC programs. Primary responsibilities include: supervision and training of Trauma Recovery clinical team, Supervised Visitation clinicians, and support staff. This position also is responsible for protocol development/compliance, curriculum development, assuring timely preparation of all needed materials for grants management, and ensuring proper administration of evaluation tools.

The Director will develop new program initiatives, in consultation with the Executive Director, to meet the needs of the NYSPCC community. This could include the areas of domestic violence, therapeutic treatment for child physical and sexual abuse, loss and attachment issues for children in foster care, and crisis debriefing services.
