Newly opend Restaurant in Notting Hill Kensington is currently recruiting a Head chef and Sous junior Chef with strong experience (at least 3-5 years) Italian or French cooking. Ideally you are someone self motivated passionate about food you must possess a can do attitude be able to cope well under pressure and be able to train and motivate your team to get the best out of them. It is absolutely essential that you have a number of years experience at a similar level in a gastro pub or good food pub. Part of your job role will involve creating new dishes designing innovative menus sourcing and developing close relationships with suppliers and managing all kitchen costs.Other key areas include training and recruiting support staff implementing and maintaining impeccable occupational health safety standards and working with the entire team. This is a varied and exciting role with many opportunities to make your mark in the London market.
