Canton man accused of abusing puppy

A convicted felon wanted on a parole violation was arrested and accused of being cruel to a puppy.

James. R. Marburger, 30, of 1246 Cleveland Ave. NW, Apt. 2, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue NW, Stark
