Live-in au pair needed August 2008. Lovely au pair needed for a family with two children (a girl aged 5 and a boy nearly 4) starting on 1st August 2008. We are interested in candidates willing to work just for the month of August or to start in August and be our au pair until at least July 2009. We are looking for a happy confident creative experienced flexible and loving au pair to live with us and help with our two children during the summer holidays. You will need to have lots of creative ideas energy and enthusiasm to entertain two eager children. Duties will include getting the children ready preparing kids meals taking them for walks to the playground and park mini-adventures art and craft sessions reading organising play dates etc. A valid drivers license would be a real plus. We would also expect you to handle all child related household duties as well as some light housework (we have a regular cleaner My husband works and I am mostly at home. We would expect you to work about 35 hours per week including occasional help on Saturday or Sunday. You would also be able to baby-sit two nights a week one of which would be a weekend night. You would also be willing to travel with us abroad for a short holiday or away in the UK on the occasional weekend. In return you will be paid £100 per week (during holiday time only) on a full-board basis and you would have your own generous sized bedroom with en suite bathroom wireless internet connection and Tv on the top floor of our family home which is 5 minutes from Tooting Bec Common 15 minutes walk to Balham tube station and 10 minutes walk to Streatham Hill train station.
