1. Supervisor Main Duties Recruitment selection induction appraisal and performance of the Operative staff Assist Accounting department to ensure all documentation is kept up to date Ensure employees have delivered to the office all necessary documents before assign jobs Responsible for pricing and checking all jobs assigned to you After agree a price with an employee sub-contractor (before the job start) sign our Contract and deliver it to the office To manage and organise the jobs on a daily basis ensuring the work is distributed accordingly and the diary is kept up to date Monitor record and supervise the work of operative employees sub-contractors labour plan and material requirements for the contract Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company procedures statutory regulations standards drawings specifications quality assurance procedures Ensure that health safety and environmental matters are regularly checked and are being suitably addressed Ensure operatives are working to the latest approved method statements and risk assessments Provide feedback to Operative Manager on any areas of concern with respect to quality progress or compliance including where and when they occur and put forward any innovative ideas to alter current methodology Monitor the progress of the works on a daily basis to ensure compliance with agreed programmes and report deviations up line Ensure the safe and timely delivery of materials required for the projects To maintain and order all stock as required Advise Operations Manager of minor additional works compile estimate of time and price for work completion Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours Assist Operations Manager (when is necessary Salary £300.00 pw Commissions 2. Property Maintenance (Full time) Multi-Skill people to do Carpentry(Mainly) Plumbing Tiling Flooring and general decoration. 3. Electrical Maintenance And Installations (Full time 4.
